Abstract
The purpose of this study was aimed to distinguish between excessive use and fatigue-sensitive muscles by analyzing the contraction characteristics of the lower limb muscles with tensiomyography (TMG) before and after the competition in female youth national badminton players. Before and immediately after the badminton game, the maximum displacement, contraction time and contraction velocity of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles were evaluated by TMG. As a result of the study, the maximum displacement (Dm) was not significantly changed in all individual skeletal muscles, but the maximum displacement of the dominant semitendinosus muscle showed an increase level close to the critical value immediately after the competition (p=0.086). Immediately after the game, the change in contraction time (Tc) significantly decreased in the dominant vastus medialis and non-dominant vastus lateralis muscles (p<.05), and the contraction velocity (Vc) was significantly faster in the dominant medial lateral muscle (p<0.05). In conclusion, the muscle tension of the semitendosus muscle was weakened by fatigue, and the dominant medial and non-dominant vastus muscles were excessively tense. Therefore, in order to prevent injuries of female adolescent badminton players, interventions were needed to promote the recovery of the dominant semitendinosus muscles and to relax the hypertensive tension of dominant Vastus Medialis and non-dominant Vastus Lateralis muscles immediately after the game.

Abstract
Mitochondria are intracellular organelles, involve in regulating cellular homeostasis through various signaling pathways. Damaged mitochondria are closely related to chronic diseases, and have been actively studied for the patho-physiologic conditions. Mitophagy is a cellular mechanism of action that plays an important role in maintaining and improving cellular functions by selectively removing damaged mitochondria and exercise regimen is known to regulate mitochondrial quality control including the process of mitophagy. In this study, the effect of treadmill exercise for 1 week on the in vivo mitophagy of skeletal muscle was analyzed using mt-keima transgenic mice. As a result, the higher red fluorescence (pH 4.0; excitation: 561nm, emission range: 570-695nm) ratio was observed on confocal microscopy in the exercise (EX) group vs. the control (CON) group. These results were also consistent with the data that observed protein levels which are known to be induced during mitophagy. Therefore, the effect of exercise intervention on mitochondrial quality control can be more accurately verified through validation using the in vivo mitophagy evaluation model, mt-Kiema mice.

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to comprehensively examine the relationship between physical activity participation of people with disabilities and their mental well-being through a meta-analysis. The analysis included academic journals and dissertations that have analyzed mental well-being for people with disabilities participating in physical activity in Korea from 2005 to 2020. After a total of 76 research papers were selected during the preliminary investigation, the papers that didn’t have clear indication which were the information required to compute the effect sizes, were excluded during the review of the individual paper. The remaining 22 papers were used to extract 372 effect sizes for the analysis. The random-effects model of the meta analysis was used along with the variable-level and research-level analyses at the same time as the analysis methods. The conclusions drawn through the above process were as follows. First, the positive effect sizes of the independent variables on mental well-being were exercise addition (g=1.605), social support (g=1.533), and life sports participation (g=1.522), while the negative effective sizes were leisure constraint (g=-.669) and loneliness (g=-.440). Second, as a result of the research level analysis, the overall effect size of the 22 studies was found to be g=.525. Third, as a result of the publication bias review, 372 individual studies that verify the relationship between mental well-being of the people with disabilities and their participation in physical activities only suggested the high effect sizes. After the adjusted effective sizes were calculated through the Trim and Fill method, fhe Funnel Plot became symmetrical when a total of 71 individual studies were inserted. Also, the average effect size was decreased from g=.419 to g=.298.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest effective measures for the joint hosting of mega-sports events such as the Olympics by South Korea and North Korea. However, due to the changes in South and North Korea and the international situation, co-hosting the 2032 Olympics has become difficult in reality. Nevertheless, with the awareness of the need to create an environment in which not only the Olympics but also various mega sports events can be utilized, focusing on the future-oriented judgment of the situation, we tried to identify solutions and prerequisites. Therefore first, it is necessary to prepare a legal and institutional basis, and to enact a co-hosting protocol and a special law for support. Second, it is necessary to create a social and cultural atmosphere in Korea. Even if a specific action plan has not been established, efforts should be made to create an atmosphere through prompt decision-making and public announcement in areas that can enhance the will of the people. Third, it is necessary to establish a cooperative system in advance for organization and operation. The organizing committee will be created as a common system, but it will be necessary to find a way to separate and operate each as a South-North joint committee. In addition, it is necessary to secure a method in advance to support the North Korean organizing committee by dispatching experienced personnel with experience in hosting South Korean international competitions. Fourth, it is necessary to support the construction and reorganization of social overhead capital. North Korea’s support for infrastructure expansion to strengthen its capacity to host international sports events will be a means of economic and social support during the unification period.

Abstract
Interest in SNS is increasing in modern society. Recently, sports star-fan interaction has become more accessible due to the advent of SNS. Therefore, this study explored to learn about the meaning of SNS interaction and its role for sports stars and fans. In response, this study analyzed the posts through the “Netnography” to find out the meaning of SNS interactions between sports stars and fans. As a result, the meaning of social media interaction between sports star-fans turned out to be largely positive and negative. On the positive side, “promoting relationships,” “communication due to anonymity,” and “building new support” were revealed, enabling closer and easier interaction for sports stars and fans on SNS, and “volatility of accounts” on the negative side. While using SNS, there was a fear of the relationship’s volatility caused by the deletion of posts and account deletion. Considering the role of sports star-fan SNS interaction through this study, the benefits of interaction on SNS provide a foundation for building a more positive sports star-fan relationship.

As a result, it was revealed that season ticket holders of K-league showed preference for games with higher outcome uncertainty and games with higher total wage of both home and away team. Nevertheless, viewing quality measured via stadium age was not a significant determinant. Beside our mainly interested variables, weekend games drew additional season ticket holders to the stadium while increase in physical distance between home and away team reduced season ticket holders’ visitation. The implication of our paper seeks to contribute for better understanding of K-leauge season ticket holders and emphasize the importance of fan segmentation in demand estimaton for future studies.
